We've produced two versions of the Mind series, one for British English markets — where it's known as Open Mind — and one for American English markets — now in its 2nd Edition, with the first three levels called openMind and the top two levels called masterMind.

In both versions, our aim is to link everything that students are studying with their wider life skills - all those skills that make you effective in your social, academic and professional lives, such as active listening, decision making and thinking creatively. Special sections bring these skills together with the language students are learning, meaning they get to use their English effectively and the reason for learning is clear and personal.

The courses are lively and contemporary, and I've really enjoyed travelling to talk to teachers and students using them and seeing how much they get out of their learning.
